so... a while ago... dec, 2004 .. i wrote this post - call it how it is - its not a tip its a tax
so now cnn have put up this article about a restaurant in manhattan that is going to automatically put 20% on the bill. i mean, wtf, its so bizarre that these service people expect this.... i mean dont you buy something from a menu and expect someone to bring it to you and somewhere to sit ? you will love the part in the article about waiters making $100,000 US dollars a year.

maintain the rage jimmy... employers should be pulling their heads in. next time say something to the owner. "made you feel uncomfortable that your staff are trying to pan handle while working."
