Anzac Day 2006 in New York

Its actually a pretty moving day here in New York. Especially being away from home, you get a real sense of how lucky we are to be able to move freely in and out of New York for example... Things could have been a lot different.

It was good to see/hear that when the last post was played the 500 people at the bbq feel dead silent and in the minute silence there was full respect paid which made the day a somewhat meaningful one.
