time warner cable - worst ever
the time time warner cable company has to be the worst customer interaction i have ever ever ever experienced. it is actually an interesting experience to live out. i cannot believe how extremely bad it is.
i guess its mass market dealings these days. unless you fit into a category they want to deal with, they will cut your phone call off. they do not take any notice of what you actually say - for example, i was having cable installed and told them to call my cell number when they were on their way.
