Leasing a new apartment in New York

Applying to lease a new place in New York... its a live/work space... perfect for me... the building is a commercial co-op so its 4 floors and the other places are occupied by design agencies, photographers and people like me doing the live/work space... also, i always wanted a loft in new york... it sort of looks and feels like tom hanks place in the movie big.
